Mrs. Jacquelline Marie (Weiss) Moe, born on July 13, 1949 in Mondovi, Wisconsin, to the late Mary Ann and John Weiss Sr, passed away at age 69 on September 13, 2018 in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Jacquelline was married to Leon Moe 52 years. She is survived by her sons, Paul (Cindy), Dennis (Kristine), and James; brothers, John Weiss Jr(Sherri), Joe Weiss (Jackie Mai), Tim Weiss (Kathy), and Andy Weiss (Kris); sisters, Diane Allemann (Steve), Barb Topper (Garth), and Elsie Serum (Joel); and grandchildren, Tyler Moe, Ryan Moe, Derrik Moe, Christopher Moe, Autumn Theisen, Dylan Monn, Dalton Monn, Dustin Moe, Samantha Moe, Elizabeth Moe, and Adam Moe; and 3 Great Grandchildren. Jacquelline loved fishing, reading, cooking, and baking.
